Located in Floriana, this corner property has been converted into a one-bedroom home spanning three levels. With a total internal area of 20 square meters, the main objective of this project was to maximize the available space effectively. The existing thick walls were utilized to create niches for built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and a fridge in the first-floor living area. The basement was treated with concrete tanking to provide a waterproof foundation and features a custom sunken bath/shower unit cast on-site. The compact kitchen was specially designed to incorporate a storage bench that also functions as a guard for the existing stairs connecting to the ground floor.
