Mayfair Court stands as a symbol of renewal, which involved the reinstatement of a neglected derelict apartment block. The use of off-shutter concrete minimised the need for external finishes, making this project both sustainable and aesthetically cohesive with the creation of large open terraces on the façade with built in planters along their edges. The success of Mayfair Court lies in the studio’s ability to integrate practical construction techniques with an elegant design solution through meticulous planning and attention to detail.
